Whether you are a hands-on owner who likes to be involved in the day-to-day management of your property but could use a little help with finding a tenant or following the long list of landlord/tenant protocol, a hands-off owner who is too busy or worn out to manage your property yourself and would like to rest easy that everything is being taken care of, or something in between, Abundance Corporate Housing is the property management company for you. We have relationships with many corporations, relocation companies and government agencies that advance our success with keeping your property rented. We have competitive management fees and never mark up repairs, utilities or other standard management duties. We have systems in place that have worked well for us in the past, but are open to the unique needs of you and your property.
Each unit must be fully furnished and equipped with the following items: Inventory List. Although these furnishings can be a significant initial investment, owners can expect a much higher return than traditional unfurnished rent. For the highest return the following items are recommended: crown molding, two-tone paint, good lighting, tile/wood flooring in kitchen and baths, updated kitchen, art work, headboards for beds, king size bed in master bedroom, TV in each bedroom, newly painted, new/clean carpet, 32 inch TV in living room/family room.
